CAE, established in 1998, with location at Shuikou Town, Kaiping city, Guangdong, mainly produces CAE brand faucets and bathroom accessories. Equipped with advanced machines and facilities, such as casting machines, CNC centers and product testing lab, CAE has set up standardized production system with machines and manual supervision. CAE has been obtained certification from DNV ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management system, and product certifications for CUPC, AB1953, NSF-61, Watersense, and CEC for USA, WATERMARK and WELS for Australia. CAE products are also gained more than 100 patents for product design and utility model, and various awards and honors, including 2010 China Innovative Design Award by the Design Association, Golden Hook Prize (First Prize) in China Sanitary Ware Hardware Design Innovation Competition, and 2016 Germany IF Industrial Design Award.

Yangtze River Plumbing Factory has officially changed its name to Guangdong Xien Sanitary Ware Industry Co., Ltd.
The company has obtained the ISO9001:2000 international quality certification system from DNV (Det Norske Veritas). In the same year, the company was approved by the Ministry of Construction and the National Building Materials Industry Bureau as a "designated management enterprise for sanitary ware accessories".
The distinguished Italian designer ITAMAR HARARI has formally integrated into the CAE design team, guiding CAE to penetrate the international market through innovative and unique design products.
CAE has been conferred the prestigious titles of "Guangdong Famous Brand" and "China Green Faucet", and has successfully passed international standard faucet product certifications, including the ACS in France, the ITC in the Czech Republic, the CUPC in the United States and Canada, and the WATERMARK in Australia.
CAE relocated to a new manufacturing facility and carried out equipment upgrades. The available equipment includes gravity casting machines, low-pressure casting machines, imported computer numerical control (CNC) machining centers, as well as a laboratory dedicated to product inspection and testing.
Received the "Golden Dragon Horse Award" through the authoritative assessment of the Chinese sanitary ware industry. Achieved the NSF61 certification in the United States and served as a drafting entity for relevant national standards in the industry.
Participate in the compilation work of national and industry standardization, including GB 18145 - 2014 "Ceramic Sheet Sealed Water Nozzles", QB/T 1334 - 2013 "General Technical Conditions for Water Nozzles", GB 28378 - 2012 "Limited Values and Grades of Water Efficiency for Showers", and be listed among the "Top 10 Leading Hardware Brands in China" on the China Sanitary Ware List.
Received the International Design Award and the German IF Design Award.
During this time frame, it was bestowed the title of "Guangdong TOP Brand " on four consecutive occasions.
